Chancel Choir

Do you love to sing?... Do you enjoy a wide variety of music?... Would you like to be a better singer?... If you answered yes to any of these questions, the Peace Chancel Choir may be for you! The choir provides an anthem each week to enhance the readings and the themes of the day, chosen from a wide variety of musical styles. From September through May we rehearse classics by Bach and Handel, anthems based on favorite hymns, traditional spirituals, and contemporary compositions. The choir welcomes anyone high school age or older. Previous choir experience and the ability to read music, while welcome is not at all necessary. To join, just stop by a rehearsal in the sanctuary any Sunday, or contact director Tom Halverson.

Sings: Every Sunday at either the early or the late service (Sept. - May)

Rehearsals: Sundays 9:30 AM in the sanctuary (Sept. - May)
