City on a Hill is a faith-based nonprofit organization located in the heart of Milwaukee that is working as a catalyst to bring transformation to individuals, families and neighborhoods in the central city. They have a wide range of programs to serve inner city adults and children by meeting physical, mental, social and spiritual needs.

For several years now, Peace Lutheran has sent a group of volunteers to serve at City On A Hill's Health Clinic on the second Saturday of every month. This comprehensive clinic provides health screenings and education, foot care, vision screenings and glasses repair, physical therapy and Physician visits. Also at this clinic they provide a hot meal, food pantry, hygiene items, and opportunities for socialization, counseling and prayer. The clinic requires over a 100 volunteers and Peace Members have worked alongside many other area churches to help make this Health Clinic a success month after month.
